#### SOC 2 Type II Compliance

 An audit by Deloitte certifies that Hunters is compliant with the Service Organization Controls Report Relevant to Security and Confidentiality (SOC 2 Type II). The report is available, upon request, for Hunters' existing customers and prospects. Given the confidential nature of the report, a non-disclosure agreement will be required in order to review it.
